TonyI visited Utsunomiya in March, and since the sake brewery was closed for brewing, I went to Yoshikawa Sake Shop, a distributor I was informed about. The owner gave us a very detailed explanation of each sake and its differences. The sweetness on the palate is punchy and deep, but after a certain point, the sweetness quickly disappears and the rest of the sake is completely refreshing.
