Lightly cloudy when poured! (Aroma: Vinegar iso?)
(Is the aroma vinegar?) My first impression is that it has a strong acidity. (The aroma is vinegar iso?) The first impression is that it has a strong acidity, but it is only on the palate, and when you drink it, it has a clear sweetness! (It's not too sweet, but it's not too thick... strange!)
It doesn't have the gassy feeling that is common in this type of sake, so you might be able to enjoy it without much change? 😉 😉
