Next up is the Seven Crown Horse, apparently purchased at a department store tasting sale.
I've only had Shichikanma at home in the past as a fizzy liquor.
I drank it at the Sake-1 Grand Prix, but it didn't make much of an impression on me.
I don't know anything about the rice except that it's from Okuizumo.
It's probably a standard line of sake, but it's clean, easy to drink, and has a nice sharpness.
I think it's the perfect type of sake to drink with food.
The taste is so good for this class that I'm curious about the others.
