Polishing ratio 55 Yamada-Nishiki is used. The taste of rice comes in quickly, and the spiciness finishes off the palate. Like Kyuyo Masamune, this sake uses Kumamoto yeast, but the type of yeast is completely different. Ichimoji guruji and octopus tempura 🐙 for entrée.
