Urakasumi was opened last week and served cold.
The rice flavor has not changed since the opening. The alcohol taste is not too strong for me personally, so the cosmetics are quite good. I grilled some mushrooms and waited for them to be served, but I finished them before they were cooked. It was a very tasty sake.
