In March, my partner selected Kinkisho's from a liquor store in Fukushima City.
Here is the drinking comparison: ‼️
The first one is "Junmai Ginjo Nakadori" on the left side!
The rice used is "Yume-no-Kou".
Both are delicious, but I think I prefer this one.
The rice is polished to 45%, so it is a genuine daiginjo class.
The mouthfeel is fine and fresh.
It is clear, but you can taste the umami of the rice and a good amount of sweetness, and the bitterness in the back end is a nice accent.
Depending on how you drink it, it feels both sweet and dry.
It's a great balance. ❣️
Golden Crystal, I liked it: ‼️
