This is the first Uragasanryu, a honjozo made with 100% Omachi from Okayama 🎉.
The aroma and flavor are both gorgeous, with almost no acidity and a gentle pear-like sweetness. The last part is bitter and tangy with a touch of alcohol, but it disappears cleanly, so it would go well with strong meat dishes 🍗.
It is a slightly dry and reasonably priced delicious sake with the freshness and gorgeousness of unfiltered raw 😋.
