This sake has been gaining recognition in recent years.
At first, it has a grape-like aroma, and then it swells with a sweetness that leaves a slight leesiness. It has a full mouthfeel.
The spiciness comes from the bottom of the sweetness and the richness of the mouthfeel, as if it is pushing up from the top. The unexpectedly strong spiciness comes unexpectedly. It falls down to the chest hotly. This is intense. It is wonderful.
