パーム農家
A bottle I got at the sake mess at the Imadaiji brewery I visited.
It has a sweet aroma. I see why it is extremely dry. It tastes like it makes your mouth water. The umami and sweetness are present, but the so-called "spiciness" of the taste is completely hidden. According to the brewer, it is the best match for meat dishes. It certainly goes well with meat. It is a powerful Junmai sake that does not lose to meat or meat spices.
