I was sick in the middle of last week, but I am back and will recharge with sake.
I will have some Kangiku, which I purchased in Nakameguro.
I was surprised when the lid flew off with a pop 🫢 while I was opening it.
It flew between the sky and the sea. LOL!
The aroma is sweet like vanilla, with a hint of sourness.
In the mouth, you can feel the sizzling acidity,
I feel a slight umami and sweetness 🤔.
The second half is a bit zippy.
It is delicious with thick fried bean stew and miso mayo with green beans and cucumbers. It seems to go well with sweet, salty, and rich foods.
It is refreshing, pleasant, and tastes great to drink in this early summer time of the year to clear the mind 😊✨.
