At a sake brewery directly managed store near Miwa Station
I was curious about the doburoku made from samorosugi cedar.
The aroma was like the smell of rice!
The sake was more edible than I expected!
It is fermented and has a refreshing taste.
As a liquid, it is dry? The solid rice is soft and the sweetness spreads with each chew and is full of flavor!
It had no peculiarities and was very tasty☺.
We went to see the autumn leaves at the famous Danzan Shrine.
The colored leaves and the thirteen-story pagoda look great. ✨️
But honestly, I should have waited another week...
It's been so hot this year...
