新舘幸樹
I have not had this sake for more than a year. It is the height of autumn sake, but the lingering summer heat is still intense, so I chose a low-alcohol sake.
As usual, the bottle was opened with a sizzle, but it seems to be a little quiet.
First of all
The sweetness and bitterness comes after the piquancy sensation from the lips to the tip of the tongue.
I thought it would just disappear, but it lingers for a while. This is where it differs from summer sake. The sweetness is also a little stronger. The second half is not so sharp, so I think it would be better suited to a cooler climate.
