There is some sweetness but not much, and the overall impression is of a long-lasting gentle acidity. It has a lactic acidity, which is typical of a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast stock.
In the latter half of the bottle, the sake-like umami comes on top, but it is restrained and there is a slight astringent taste at the end.
On the other hand, it seems to have a slightly strong alcohol taste.
(Not that it is good or bad, but) the impression is that it has a simpler taste than last season's Tenjinbara.
I just can't buy it, but I think it's cosmetically pleasing.
