We had the opportunity to sample some freshly arrived sake at Icoma Sake Shop!
We also tasted Gokeijo and Kibotsuru Yuyamanishiki, but this is the only one I took a picture of this time!
It was rich and sweet, but not cloyingly so, just the right amount of sweetness. I think I could drink it easily with low alcohol content.
It's a Junmai spec, but it's very cost-effective at 1100 yen, probably because it's made with out-of-spec rice!
