Mutsu Hassen Honmoku Chokkan Junmai (Aomori)
We drank it while eating various dishes. It was very delicious. It is fruity and has good acidity. It has a rich flavor and a good amount of sweetness. At the end, it is very spicy and refreshing. On this day, it was great no matter what we drank it with, such as oden, motsunabe, shrimp chili, and yakitori.
