The first bottle of this wine is a bottle of Oragura Orikagami, which I was looking forward to drinking. When I cooled it well and opened the bottle, it made a nice sound.
When you drink the supernatant first, sweet and sour taste and bitterness are well balanced.
After mixing the orikiri well and pouring it into a glass, it becomes cloudy and the umami of rice and gentle sweetness come out in the front. The last part has an excellent sharpness with a strong spicy bitterness!
When the temperature rises a little, it is time to drink, and the sweet, delicious, bitter, and spicy aroma becomes more pronounced and even more delicious.
It is a fresh, soft, and smooth orikarami sake. ☺️
