SAMURAIZ
Continuing with Sake Mirai.
Today we have Matsuura-san's Lion's Village Sake Mirai.
The screw cap is opened. The sake has a nice gara-mi (a hint of a hint of something else) as it pours into the glass.
It has a freshness that is typical of Matsuura-san, with a strong sense of gas.
It has a refreshing sweetness like honeydew melon, acidity, and a clear, light sake quality that is typical of Kanazawa yeast.
We served it with chilled tofu as a side dish, but it would also go well with a more robust side dish.
It is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed on its own.
