I bought a bottle of sansho online, which I had wanted to drink for a long time.
Surprised when I drank it!
In terms of the type I've had before, it's like a viridian of Niimasa. It is like a juicy sparkling wine.
I wonder if acidity and citrus flavors are prevalent in the higher end of the range.
Of course it is delicious, but I would have liked more richness. I'm looking forward to drinking it after it's laid down and the gas settles down.
