This was the last bottle left in the Leach Inkler.
I bought it without hesitation because it was fresh on the lees.
When I opened the bottle, the cap almost flew off 🫢At the same time, the same aroma as when I was in the brewery spread all over the place and I lost myself for a moment 🤪.
The mouthfeel is pleasantly juicy and spicy. The sweetness followed afterwards. It is very delicious! It is ^_^!
I hear that the breweries in Fukushima have won the most number of gold medals in the National New Sake Competition for the past nine years. I see that all the breweries are working together to recover from the earthquake!
