- morkzgMedium aroma intensity, but a very textbook ginjo bouquet. Green apple, pear, lychee, melon, with a hint of dairy or lactic. Surprisingly straightforward but well executed. The palate is very different and provides a real punch of mature cheese and cereal, with a sweet coating. I'm not sure if this is intentional or a fault, but I don't think I like it. Finish is short and sticky. 1.75/5 This got better after a couple of days. Less cheese stank. 3.75/5
