This is a Sado sake given to me by a friend. This sake has a very gorgeous and sweet aroma that you can enjoy as soon as you open the bottle. Of course, the taste is well-balanced and delicious. However, as time goes by, the acidity and dryness of the sake increases. It is recommended to drink it as soon as possible after opening the bottle.
