From Sota Watanabe Shoten's Hump-Kai, Miyazumi yeast additive-free Junmai Namaishimoto. It's a limited edition sake made in the traditional way. It is brewed with so-called "kura-tsuki" yeast, and although it is not gorgeous, I enjoyed the original flavor of sake! It's a completely different kind of sake from Keisaku!
