It's the same sake you had at Tori Miki, unlike the one you had at Soba Restaurant, which was delicious!
Strong acidity, sweetness to tighten it up.
I don't like strong acidity, but this is a good balance!
Tuna is good, but so is "shime saba" (mackerel).
Nice sake. Let's enjoy a bottle!
