It is a well-known local sake from Kochi, but the rice used for it is made from Hokkaido's Ginpu 🌾.
It has a modest aroma, a moderate umami and slightly spicy flavor when you drink it, and a bitter acidity on the back end that makes it easy to pair with a meal. It has a pleasantly sharp taste and is easy to drink with a meal!
