The first sake of March, when the weather is colder. The ginjo aroma is mild. It has a clean, dry taste. As the label says, "Aiming to be the ultimate food sake," it is not too assertive, but it is a sake that makes its presence felt. We enjoyed it with hand-rolled sushi with assorted shellfish, my second son's favorite.
