It's been about 2 years since I've tasted Tasake Kojono-Nishiki 🍶.
Aroma is a little melon-like when just opened 🤔
Beautiful and calm sake quality🤔
Is it the delicious sweetness of the rice 🤔
As it slowly approaches room temperature, the sweetness and complexity of the flavor profile becomes apparent🤔.
It would be nice to enjoy this bottle slowly over the course of a day 😄.
It is not a fancy sake, but it was very delicious 😋.
