We opened a bottle of Zuika, a gift from Garakudai, who was shocked by its clear, uncluttered taste.
At first sip, I was surprised by the strong chirichiri-ness on the tip of my tongue, but the fleetingness that quickly disappeared reminded me of Zuika (snowflakes).
Like the other Gagakuyo, it is as if only the most beautiful parts were carefully collected and grained to form a shape.
Delicate and refined taste.
It was very delicious.
I recommend drinking it well chilled.
