Well, today is Ding's summer growth.
I bought this one last year and it was delicious, so I bought it again this year.
It has a good balance of Ding, but with a little more acidity. It is easy to drink and tastes like a summer wine.
The entrée is all raw vegetables these days, and that is enough for me.
I'm drinking summer sake and thinking that it's time for me to start drinking hiyaoroshi.
