ジョナジョナ
Another brand of Kokugon. I bought it because I was attracted by the butterfly picture and the margins.
It has a sweet aroma with a rummy feel. It has a very elegant taste with a hint of sweetness reminiscent of water and a soft and refreshing acidity. It is the type of sake that resets the mouth, but it is also good to drink in small sips.
I think I'll use it as a model for my own pale sake. It would also go well with the time of year when butterflies start to fly.
I am astonished at the fact that it is already like a normal Saturday or Sunday.
