There was a sake I didn't know about.
It's from Niigata!
I found out that it is another brand of Tenryohai Shuzo, the same company that makes Garakudai!
It has a more acidic flavor than the Manjusen I mentioned earlier!
All three sake brands in this exhibition are draft sake.
You can enjoy the freshness!
The yeast is 901.
I think I prefer 1801.
It was a rare night to enjoy the acidity 🌉.

After thinking about what is a romantic sake, we decided to donate a part of the profits from the sake to "the activities of children in Sado City". The idea is to support the activities of children who want to spread their wings from Sado to the world. Just as an egret flies back to Sado, we hope that the young people who have left Sado will someday return for Sado. Such wishes are also included in this project.
