When you put it in your mouth, it has a tangy and slightly carbonated taste.
It has a moderate sweetness from the rice and is so easy to drink that it could be called rice juice.
It has a refreshing aftertaste, but there is a slight powdery taste on the tongue, so it is not too refreshing!
It is indeed a natural sake.
