At room temperature. Gentle. Rich in umami. But not too strong. Match it with chrysanthemum. The spicy bitterness comes out and it becomes complex. Serime with pork and maitake egg. Dry and crispy. The sweetness of the strawberries only increases the sweetness. ⤴︎ The impression changes with the accompaniment.
