First time I am drinking aged sake. Wow! What an experience!
It is deep and full of flavor. There is something dark, old and damp in it. Aroma is weak: caramel, soy sauce and grass. Short acidity, gentle sweetness and umami that lingers in your mouth long after you swallow. Well rounded. Taste is mellow probably from aging, although, alcohol content is 18%, you can't feel it. Medium viscosity.
Kenbishi is old brand, they know what they are doing.
