ラル大佐Sairai since last summer
Procured in Furukawa, Osaki City, on the occasion of the recent spring equinox.
The aroma is not as strong as expected.
The mouthfeel is soft sweetness and acidity, with a moderate umami, but not enough. The aftertaste is slightly fruity. Closing acidity and slightly stronger bitterness, slightly astringent.
In total, it has a lightness that is typical of Sairai, and it is delicious!
It would be nice to take it to a park and enjoy cherry blossom viewing!
