I thought it would be a modern, crisp sake, but the aroma is refreshing, but when you put it in your mouth, it is very dry with a hint of bitterness. It also has a strong bitterness! The bitterness disappears immediately, so it has a nice sharpness. It is a strange sake. As the label says, "old/new?" is so perfect that I thought it was genius. It goes beyond classic and modern. I've always wanted to try something like this! I'm so happy!
