Purchased when I went to Fukushima to buy sake 💰.
I've been wanting to try Hakuginkai for a while and there it was! I didn't expect to find it in Aizu and it was late in the season, but it was a happy encounter ☺️
I had no choice but to buy it!
I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋.
As soon as I opened it, the nigori that had settled at the bottom came up along with the bubbles, and it looks very interesting: ‼️
Tastes like lactobacillus soda-like, but the acidity is quite moderate.
The most fizzy and almost carbonated taste of all the Kangiku I've had so far 🫧.
I would like to try the Ginkai as well 🌊I imagine it would make quite a difference 🤔.
