Crisp taste Sweetness deep within a hint of astringency It is made by Aoki Shuzo, the same company that makes Tsuruling. Unlike Tsuruling, it is suitable for hot sake. I tried it with nabe (hot pot), but it was not quite right. Then I tried it with Camembert cheese. This was a perfect match: ‼️ I thought it was an unexpected landing point and still has a lot of potential.
