Kido Junmai Sake
Heiwa Shuzo Co., Ltd. Wakayama
Most people think of plum wine when they think of Wakayama Prefecture, but there are many sake breweries that also make sake. The reason for the long preamble is that I have personally worked in the food and liquor industries in Wakayama, and the sake we are drinking today, Kido, I visited the brewery almost 10 years ago and met the owner, so I am writing this article with nostalgia.
Especially in English, the name is KID, which is easy to remember for overseas export.
The sake is dry and has a rich flavor that spreads in the mouth, giving the impression of a solid sake with a big heart.
We are happy if you find it useful.
