Delicious. A modern drink, but with a classic feel. I'd say it's an in-between to slightly modern type. No gassy feeling, but very drinkable and easy to sip.
I had to go to Ueda City and visited a famous sake brewery, but there was only one brand, and I was sad to find out that there was another brewery nearby, so I visited Wadaryu.
The clerk was very kind and explained everything to me, and I was able to buy a bottle of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, which made me very happy...â
