Tsukiyama Hiyoshi Oroshi Junmai. Among the many brands of sake, this sake ranks high in my favorite brands. It is fruity, sweet and sour even though it is hiyaoroshi. It has a rounded flavor due to its maturity. Ah, it is delicious.
