It is a gorgeous and delicious sake as you can already imagine.
This gorgeousness in a fire-aged sake....
I think it's amazing, and what can I say, it's delicious.
It is a medium to slightly dry sake, but when drunk in a wine glass, it has a hint of sweetness.
Also, because it is fire-aged, it is milder than the raw sake.
It is an interesting sake, very floral but mild.
It has a good balance.
