Cloudy white color with a hint of oily air. The aroma is weak. The mouthfeel is slightly rough, with a slightly effervescent acidity. The nose has hints of lychee and watermelon. It leaves an astringent taste, but has a sharp and short aftertaste. A refreshing sake.
