This is my first time drinking this Yamahai Junmai ❗️
It has a solid umami flavor 😊.
It has a strong sweetness and acidity that is typical of Yamahai.
It's quite sweet and sour 😊❗️
It tastes like plum wine 🤔.
I guess there are different tastes.
Personally, I think it's a delicious sake👍
I like Honkin, so I'd like to drink more of it 😃.
