It was released about a month ago.
It is a new sake from our beloved Sagaminada.
It is an unfiltered nigori (nigori is the color of the sake), which is an annual event.
We were so busy that we couldn't go to get it.
It was finally served today at Ohbuchi Sake Brewery in Nishi-Hashimoto, Kanagawa Prefecture. ❗️
Finally, I got it today. ✌️
It's been breathing since I got it 🤗.
First, the top clear liquid... tangy and sweet!
Mixing it all together...mmmm...from tangy to sweet...
It turned out to be a perfect balance!
