I got this sake as a souvenir, and you can only buy it in Aomori!
I've had it in my refrigerator for almost a year.
From the aroma to the aftertaste, it's elegantly sweet and easy to drink... it would be a shame to say it's like water...
Maybe the sweetness was enhanced by letting it rest...?
It makes me want to visit Aomori myself!
