I was going to refrain from buying sake, but I fell in love with it immediately. But I wanted to drink it so I had no choice😅.
Well, the bottle opened with gas but no blowout 👌.
From the standing aroma, it's like a gin and soda 🥤 with a hint of cucumber and aloe. The attack has a little sweet aroma and freshness 👍 The taste is like Mikumari with the gas bouncing on the tongue and the sweetness of the rice swelling up, but the second half is quite strong, dry and sharp, and dry 😳.
Personally, I think it could have been sweeter like it has been in the past, but it is perfect for the lingering summer heat and is delicious 😋😋😋😋.
Mixing in a light nigori gives it more creaminess and dry dryness: ☺️
