Following on from the last issue, this is a dam storage sake. Last month, on my way back from the Joetsu 100k marathon, I returned via Toyama. At that time, I learned at a liquor store that each brewery in Toyama stored sake in the Kurobe Dam, so I bought some. It is this color after about 2 years of aging. It is a delicious color. It has a slight sourness, a pleasant umami as you drink it, and a good sense of maturity. 👍 Of course, it was the best heated sake. 🍶😋😋😋😋

Good morning, NITO 🐥. Good job on the 100km marathon 😳‼️ 💦Great sake activities on the way home 😆I see you are doing various breweries as well as Sakunohana 😳I'm not a fan of natural storage so I'm curious 😁.

Hi Bonnie, Hello... I'm not sure if I'm going to the region to run a marathon or to have a drink. 😆 😆 It seems like more and more of them are being stored in dams where the temperature is more stable because of the recent hot days due to the extreme weather. 😋😋.
