コタロー
The aroma is grape, then pear?
When the supernatant is included, it is still grape and pear. It is sweet but not cloying.
When mixed, the aroma does not change much, but the koji-like taste increases a little.
When you drink it, it is fizzy but also mild. It has a fine, silky mouthfeel with a fluffy sweetness and umami. However, it does not spread out too much, and it quickly tightens up.
As the temperature rises, it has a slightly pineapple-like flavor, which disappears with a slight bitterness at the end.
Since it is a nigori (nigori in winter), I tried heating it up.
The aroma is of rice with a hint of sweet sake.
When you drink it, it has an atmosphere similar to that of Hanaizumi, but with a gentle sweetness. Warming: ♨️
At the end of the nigori, there is a little bit of the rice bump left, and you can also taste the flavor of the rice.
This is the kind of nigori taste that is good in winter. ❄️ It has a dusty and gentle sweetness like amazake, and a softness like snow melting, like the image on the etiquettes.
As the label on the back says, fluffy snow is piling up and even though it's late at night, it's bright with snow........
I thought the concept of this sake was clear when I drank it.
It was just right for when I wanted a soft, sweet, gentle nigori, and I enjoyed it.
