I have never had this type of wine before.

It has a juicy sweet and sour taste like when you bite into a grape, but because it is made with Jumizu, it has a concentrated, rich taste and a strong alcohol taste.
Because of its richness, it is not a food wine, and pairing is difficult. If I had to say, cheese, sweet miso paste, or bean paste?
It was another new discovery.
