Iwate Ginotome, 55% polished rice
This sake is brewed by a female toji.
To be honest, I did not like it very much.
I imagined too much of sweet strawberries from the label, and as a result, there was a big gap between the taste and what I expected.
There was another label with a different rice variety, so I would like to try it next time.
